Leaders at Al Faisal Holding (AFH) had a vision to drastically increase workforce efficiency via digital transformation into smarter enterprise management. A business entity as large as AFH and its vast array of business units and their respective growths make management an ever challenging task.
After months of design, AFH's representative company IIS-ME & AAMAL Medical signed an agreement with CEO, and formed the framework of Corporate Employee Optimization (CEO) System- to perform effective bi-lateral communication between staff and executives is formed. At its core- CEO's main engine is its powerful AI-assisted facial recognition algorithm and multiple layers of data security and privacy protection mechanism in place. Combining the facial recognition technology with "GPS verification" and "Time Stamp" all on APP platform (Andriod & iOS) allows employees to clock in & out, unbounded by geo-location. The daily tasks & meetings now become more transparent with CEO's proprietary CRM module that the supervisors no longer need to micromanage- instead all meetings (who / what / when / where / why) are logged and communicated to managers in real time.
To top off an effective management tool is CEO's graphical virtual situation room- where business intelligence is formed by calculations of scentific data gathered by the system- and output it in a visually friendly graphics for executives to get a grasp of the business situation with faster response. Starting off with 2,000+ employees, KOGI expects to eventually extend the CEO's service to cover most of AFH's business units- and become an enabler of smarter business management.
