In an age where people's mobile phones are loaded with abundant APPs, you would imagine that is what they "want" instead of what they "need".  In studies on human acceptance of tracking vs. APP functionalies, it is evident people are more aware of privacy policies prior to selecting or even removing APPs from their smart devices.  In the rise of such trend, KOGI is switching gear with its partners to promote APP-less smart solutions via API integration with the area's commonly used messenger applications.  

From market observation, people will be more accepting to "add-on" services to messenger applications rather than downloading new APPs for 3 key reasons: (1) the messenger APP is well-known (trust), (2) no need to remember a new set of ID and password, (3) no need to navigate APP screen to initiate use of some functions.  With API integration to existing messenger APP, the user will be much be accepting to access to new smart features that makes their life more seamless.  In one of KOGI's Proof of Concept (POC) projects, we have begun such seamless integration to enable Smart Parking Journeys from their messenger APP to book and reserve parking spaces with binded payment method within the APP.
