This is to announce a new HTO firmware patch V1.4 is now available to address and optimize below scenarios:

Knuckles/palm accidentally detected upon certain hand gesture, in which if detected under single-touch firmware version, will generate a lag due to the sensitive sensor arrays picking up 2^nd object signal, which leads to “processing” and “ignoring” the 2^nd input. 

This “processing” and “ignoring” of 2^nd input will be repeated indefinitely until the 2^nd object is removed from the sensor detection zone.  Furthermore, if the 1^st input object is removed from the sensor detection zone while the 2^nd input object stays in the sensor detection zone, the similar lag would occur. 

This would result in compromised user experience, if the user is not familiar on detection zones- this patch effectively remedied and optimized the above mentioned scenarios, and should drastically increase user experience to the users who operate the HTO-enabled kiosks/displays with the above mentioned gestures.
